Several years ago I watched a group of people planting ceramic poppies with metal rods around the moat of the Tower of London. It helped us to remember then and it continues to remind us of those who were lost.

How wonderful that you got photos showing the work as it progressed. I, like most others, queued to see the finished work, but however we saw it, it was something fabulous and very moving.

We took a boat along the Thames to the Tower so could see the work in progress from there too.
