There have been many in south west London for several years. probably escaped from a bird park and now they are travelling along the Thames and the River Wey.
oh wow they are travelling south now too. Yet to see them in Hampshire, but read somewhere they have also been heading north to Liverpool and Manchester!

That bird is lovely! It sees like it is trying to camouflage itself.
